It appears that Amazon has terminated its business relationship with a German based security company that was reportedly harassing, intimidating and violating the civil rights of employees.

Amazon has a zero tolerance for this sort of thing. And that's a good thing all Federal, State and Private sector employers should have a zero tolerance. Not just a zero tolerance that is published and agreed too. What we need are zero tolerances that are applied to the real life workplace.
